Refunds are not applicable for services that have been completed or for issues caused by user error or third-party interference.
Non-Refundable Cases

Refund Process

Once your request is received, we will review the service status and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Service Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule your service appointment without any additional fee by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we offer one free follow-up session to address any unresolved issues within 7 days of the service.
